BINDER SIZE
The best way to find the correct binder size is with your Chest Size; Chest Size is not Bra Size. Sizing may differ from style to style. If you know your Chest Size, you may find your size under each binder's item page. If you are not sure of your Chest Size, please follow the measuring guide below.
MEASURING YOUR CHEST SIZE?
Take a snug measurement (do not press down on chest) of the fullest part of your chest using a tape measure. Best if measured without any clothes on.

CM & INCH CONVERSION FORMULA
cm x 0.39 = in
in x 2.54 = cm
CUSTOM MADE BINDERS
Custom made sizes are available for certain binders. Sizes 5XL and up are custom made sizes that may take 10~14 working days for production. Exchange service is not available for custom made binders.

MEASURING FROM YOUR BRA SIZE
If you know your Bra Size, you can do a simple calculation below to find your chest size.
(Lower Chest Size) + (Cup Size) = (Chest Size)
For example: if you are a 36C, your calculation would be as followed (31.5 in) + (6 in) = (37.5 in)
Then you can find your binder size under each binder's size selection.

MEASURING TIPS FOR CLOTHING
Here are some tips to help you order the correct size. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler.
Chest
Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.
Sleeve
Place your hand on your hip with your arm bent at 90 degrees. Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down your arm to the wrist.
Waist
Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.
Rise
The rise in pants refers to the length between the crotch and the waistband (not including the waistband).
High Hip / Below Waist
Measure around your hip 4~5 inches below your waistline. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.
It can be very chancy buying clothing on-line without the ability to try it on. If you want to make sure you get the right size, take your favorite top or pants and check the measurements using these techniques, you can't go wrong!
