ESTIMATED TIME
Orders are usually ready to ship within 1-3 business days. During holidays, special or exclusive promotions or due to other factors some "In Stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) GMT+8:00 to reflect the Postal Business Hours.

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. In cases if you need the order to arrive at a scheduled time, please order early.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship worldwide starting at the flat rate of US$9, save on shipping by adding more items per order.
S/H is calculated per shipment; in case split shipping is requested, S/H will be recalculated as separate shipments.

| EXCHANGE GUIDE |
This is the dreadful part we know. Exchange procedures comes at the loss for both us and you, the only benefit goes to the Shipping Companies and Bank Merchants. However, lets make that frown upside down; we just want to assure you that all items are examined carefully before shipping and we provide numerious guides and articles on our BLOG to assist you with your binding experience.
EXCHANGE QUALIFICATIONS
We will gladly exchange if the following conditions are met
1. Within 7 days upon receival
2. Size does not fit
We do not give satisfaction returns, exchanges for sizes only. Each order is limited to one exchange transaction
ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGES
1. Underwears or Swimsuits, Shoe Lifts, Adult Toys, Earrings, Packing Devices, Natural Remedy.
2. Orders exceeding 7 days from receival date.
3. Items that are incomplete, used, washed, altered, missing original tag or packaging and items not in resellable condition.
4. Customized items. Special offer or discounted items.
EXCHANGE RELATED FEES
Shipping and Handling fees. We do not cover the cost of shipping to return the item to us. If you need EMS or other requests, please notify us.

2. After receiving confirmation to process the exchange, please sent your item to us and label as followed:(Your package will be making a long way across borders, it is highly recommended to use registered mail so that the package is locatable in case it gets lost during delivery.)

3. A billing request for the shipping charge will be send via email. If reimbursement for the exchange occurs, we will notify you. We do not refund or credit toward shipping if exchanged item is of less value.
Items received in new condition will have priority in the exchange. In rare occasions where items are returned in used, tainted and damaged condition, a 15% restocking fee of the original item cost will be charged on top of the shipping fee.
