Really soft and comfortable material.
I'm a 34C/D and it binds fairly well. Sometimes it still looks like I got boobs if I got a shirt that's not very loose over the chest, though it might look more like pecs on a stronger person.
I also sometimes find that it make the breast look too round rather than flat, which makes them look more like boobs still, but I think wearing a sports bra would help shapen them a bit and take away that problem. I've never had any "spilling out" problem.
I suspect that the two last things are both because I got a size too big (Medium instead of Small) and therefor you shouldn't have any problem with the way it looks as long as you get the right size.
All in all I like this binder a lot and I would recommend it.
