I chose this as my first binder, and I love it. It was in between sizes, but decided to go with the smaller one because I wanted a tight bind. I've got these awful wide hips (not exactly masculine) and the fabric would keep rolling up. So, I decided to flip the bottom up and wear it as a half. It works GREAT, so you really can't go wrong if you have a body like mine.
As far as the bind goes, it's fair. I'm a 40D, so I was worried that my chest wouldn't flatten enough to m liking. But while I'm not exactly flat, it looks natural, considering I'm not really thin. All in all, it's a great purchase.
