This is my first binder and i never had the intention to own one because many years ago when i tried on my friend's tummy binder, i found it horribly uncomfortable! I felt like a heart attack was arriving and the velcro part was pricking my underarm. I still salute those who can keep theirs on for hours!
I am in the midst of transitioning so i have to wear a binder for the time being. I am able to obtain a cheaper one locally but i decided to buy one from lesloveboat because of their binders' better quality. Moreover,i have bought items from them before and i like their customer service cum secure shipping. After surfing through the wide variety, i decided to purchase this top pick binder. I received it 4 days ago and i must say that i like it the moment i tried it on! It is very comfortable and till now there is no sign of a heart attack! I even tried moving my arms around wildly and yet the binder stays in place. Most importantly, it binds well and my chest is as flat as a washboard! (i think i'm between cup A and B but i have a rather wide body so i bought a size Medium)
What i don't like about this binder is that the neckline is too high so i am not able to wear low neck t-shirts with it. I also do not like the fact that it's a half tank top because when i bend over, the shape of the tank top could be seen on my back. However, this is my error as before i place my order, i saw from the photos that it IS a half tank top with a high neckline.
I have found a solution to my disappointment anyway. I'm going to wear this binder with my shirts since i have a habit of wearing a sweat absorbent t-shirt underneath my shirt. I reckon that the tank top shape will not be obvious under 2 layers of clothing. I'll just buy a long tank top binder that comes with a low neckline to wear with my t-shirts. Problem solved! 2 binders to alternate so that they will last longer. Last but not least, i have been washing my binder daily and i realized that the fabric gets dry pretty fast.
