I love this binder! Having tried homemade (don't do it) and other types from different companies. I can safely say this is the most comfortable binder I have ever worn. It's light weight and sweat doesn't stay between you and the binder making it uncomfortable like many others. You can wear it all day and it won't hurt your back. It is so easy to put on an adjustable. And it makes me very flat. : ) favorite binder and I am going to buy another two!
