| Placing Your First Order |

Placing an order with LesLoveBoat.com/Shop is easy. Simply add all the items you want in your shopping cart. Upon checkout, you will be taken to a page for you to create your account. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.

| Setting Your Currency |
|
LesLoveBoat.com/Shop allows you to view product prices in various currencies. You can adjust these settings at the top of the website. Product prices are default in US Dollars, a converted value will be displayed in your second currency selected (Euro, US, Hong Kong Dollars, or Singapore Dollars). Your second currency will be for reference purposes only, all payments will be billed in US Dollars.

| Finding Items |
|
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A keyword search box is located on near the top-left corner of our page. You can also browse products directly through our categories which are listed on the top of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see the detailed product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, including size selections.

| Choosing Binder Sizes |
|
If you are getting binders, please note that different brands and styles may have a different sizing standard. The best thing is to measure for your Chest Size with a measuring tape. After getting the measurement, find the appropriate size under each item page. Sizes are shown in cm, you may find inch conversions in the SIZECHART.

| Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart |
|
If you want to order an item from LesLoveBoat.com/Shop, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page (or the small "add to cart" link that can be found on other product listing pages). Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, a new page will be displayed with confirmation. You can now continue browsing for other products. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Cart Contents" link at the top of every page on the website.

| Logging In |
|
If you are a returning customer and not yet logged in you can enter your customer account e-mail address as well as your password. To register as a new customer simply enter your e-mail address and the information requested.

| Proceed to Checkout |
|
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for all the items in the Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

| Select a Shipping Type |
|
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We offer different shipping services suitable for different requirements. Shipment methods differ from the shipping lead time, online tracking availability and of course the price. All shipping types are registered parcels.

| Enter your shipping details |
|
You can now enter your shipping address as well as some extra details by clicking on the “Change Address” button. Review and verify your address details carefully and change if any mistakes are found. The telephone number is required for courier shipments and is needs to be entered correctly.

| Select a payment method |
|
Choose your preferred payment method. LesLoveBoat.com/Shop accepts the most common payment methods, such as payments via Credit Card, PayPal or Western Union. When you are ready, click the "Continue" button.

| Review and Submit Your Order |
|
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Confirm Order" button to submit your order. You will then see an “Order Confirmed” page and receive a confirmation email. Please then click on “Proceed to Pay” button to process your payment.

| Paying with Credit/Debit Card or Paypal |
|
You will be taken to a Paypal payment page, please review the total amount. If you are simply paying with your Credit/Debit Card or do not have a Paypal account, please click on the “Paying with debit or credit card” link and fill out your payment information. If you are paying with Paypal, simply login with your Paypal account and proceed with payment.

| Tracking Your Order |
|
We use the Post Office as our main carrier. An email will be sent to you once your item is shipped. If you are using EMS service, you can track your orders online by visiting your country post office's tracking website. Online tracking for Standard Shipping may not be available for every country, please check your local post office website to find out.
